i have a 95 civic coupe EX stock d16z6. my car idles around 200-300. can anybody tell me if its something to do with timing or the idle control sensor or anything that may come up in your head.

 

200-300 I doubt. the OEM tach has a tiny line at the bottom, that's actually 500 RPM.

it's probably idling 650-700. clean out your AICV and check your air filter.
it could be timing or a lot of other things. is it stock? what have you done to it recently?
it could also be as simple as adjusting your idle up a little...

 

i just changed spark plugs and spark plug wire, dizzy rotor, dizzy cap. it was happening before that.
