Default Will a eg tranny fit my 91 si?

i have a stock 91 si and i need the a new clutch or tranny and i got a friend that has a 92 dx tranny...

No an EG has a hydrolic tranny.

you just have to convert from cable to hydro clutch

If it's your gears/syncros/shifter forks that are bad, what you do is swap the inside of the trannies, keeping the cable clutch system.

yea 3rd and 5th gear are grinding so im thinking i could swap the insides...
