Default Mantinence Required turned red

Hey on my 97 accord i got the mantinence required light turn red on me. Im pretty sure it turned red a while ago but i didnt notice it. Someone told me it isnt much work to make it back to green. Was wondering what i had to fix or replace.

Its about every 6,000 miles not 60,000. Basically all it means is to remind to you change your oil if you havent in a while and periodically check all the maintenance stuff on your car ie. air filter, spark plugs, spark wires, check all fluids etc.
