that flashing red eventually turns to solid red.. its just a maintenance reminder.. read your owners manual for further instructions what do to or how to reset once it turn solid red...

Yea i know it requires maintenance...i just fiqured it would stay on...not just flash twice then not come on again since !!!!!

its just programmed into the ECU to do that everytime you reach a certain mileage... its just a reminder, no need to actually take it into the dealership unless you havent been taking care of your car
