Default B20 Vtec question

I have a straight B20 in my EG and I am getting a really good deal for a VTEC head.
B16a2 head w/GSR cams
P30 ECU
Dizzy and injectors
Wire Harness
Skunk2 manifold and 65mm throttlebody
All for $500
And I was just wondering what do I need exactly.

So Far I know you need: VTEC dizzy, harness, ECU, and VTEC kit, and head studs.

Do I need to plug the head and which gasket do I use VTEC or LS/B20.
And this might seem like a silly question but since b20's only use 4 qts and VTEC's use like 4 1/2 qts, how much oil do I use.

If you want, we have kits that we'll sell you that include everything...Even stepped dowel pins so you dun need to drill the head. Yes, you'll need to plug the head, with the plug we provide you.

You should search a bit as there is a lot of info on this....LMK though.

I did search alittle but not very long. Also I hear too many opinions and not many facts on some threads and sometimes you don't know if you should trust it or not.
