Majority of the codes will throw the car into limp mode, yes.

i need to find someone in this area that knows what they're doing with the emanage. im wondering if i just convert everything to obd1 with the skunk2 computer if that would bypass and fix my problems. ive been running rich like crazy and so far ive replaced the map sensor, the fpr, the fuel pump, the plugs and o2 sensor.....i thought we finally figured out that it was the tps sensor because after it was unplugged it ran perfect. so i just replaced the whole throttle body....well now its back to running rich again, and im going to try to replace the o2 sensor and plugs one more time this weekend and hope that its all finalyl fixed. all the wiring and everything is correct, it started running llike this a few weeks after i bought it. it already had the greddy kit on it running about 8 psi with the injectors that came with the kit. ive got a walboro 255lph fuel pump....i also put the missing link with my map sensor. my a/f guage tells me it runs right most of the time, but sometimes when i let off the gas, instead of shutting the fuel it it runs completely rich. im going to go pull the codes today again but its always a misfire or map sensor code. compression check was good too. know anything else that could be wrong? im getting pretty fed up with this car and its about 1/2 as fast as it was when i bought it.

Whatever you do don't go OBD1 and throw in a skunk 2 chip. That will put quite a bit of timing in the car and with your lack of management, it will result in not so hot workings of the internal combustion engine

Your best bet would be OBD1 conversion and chip and tune the ECU with Crome or whatever you choose and ditch the emanage crap. You will be amazed at the difference in power and driveability.

what about the apexi v-afc? the problem is....no one around here knows what they are doing...even if i had the laptop to hook to the emanage with the program i have no clue what the hell im doing, and theres no one aorund here that i know of that does. i thought the greddy kit was supposed to be a direct bolt on for factory engines, and you only had to fine tune it if you wanted more power or to turn up th eboost? right now i just want it to run right and stop guzzling gas
