This is getting annoying but I'm having trouble getting the fuel injectors to fit into the rail. They fit into he holes but then when I press it takes a hell of a lot of pressure to get them in. I can only do that by screwing the rail back in but that doesnt seem to work right and doesnt seem to come in at the right angle. I'm sure nothing is broken or bent. They fit into the intake manifold just fine but not the fuel rail. Help !

Are you doing a modification or just replacing stock parts?
Did you put the spacers back between on the studs under the fuel rail?

 

uh just cleaning them and checking them out since I know very little maitanence went into the car from the previous owners.
I found a solution, greased up the O rings, lol!.. o man. Thanks for the reply
What can I say.., I'm new to workin on cars.
