hey guys I have a problem with my 96 civic when I am driving the lights dime down but when I let off the gas the light brighten

up again then I get on the gas again they dime down till I hit about 4000rpms and you can feel the loss of horses when the lights

are dime. I installed a new alternator and a HKS ground kit but it is still doing it
why is this can any one help me

ok thanks to all that looked and for the people that are on the same boat as me I finally found my problem it was my spark plugs

I got new ones last night and it fixed my lights they dont dime down any more and if it doesnt work for you try cap and rotor and

even spark plug wires
