Default Putting first gen B16 back together, ran into a few problems

How do you remove the cam gear bolt when the cam is out of the motor? I installed the the ITR cams, bolted down the cam holders and oil rails and realized that the cam gears are still on my old cams. Even if I get adjustable cam pulleys, I'll still need the woodruff key, washer, and bolt from the old gear.

Cam seal...I know it goes on the exhaust cam, distributor side. I got an entire upper gasket kit from Honda for a Del Sol B16. So you have the rubber cam seal, but there's also a "cylinder head plug". How does this work?

This is what I get for taking the motor apart and sitting on my butt for months.

Thanks for the help.

couple of options on the cam gears.
put the gear in a bench vise and then loosen the bolts, if you dont have access
to a vise, then you can wrap the cam in a rag and use a pair of pliers to hold
one of the lobes.

After a certain year, i think 1995 honda changed over to a plastic cam seal
due to problems with the old ones leaking. THese are reusable and almost never
leak. Some of the gasket sets come with both, i dont know why. Throw away
the POS rubber seal and use the plastic one.
