i got a first gen b16 and i bought cam seals for the 95 del sol vtec. it turned out that the seals didnt fit perfect, almost there, but not perfect because its still leaking. so i was thinking maybee I was supposed to get the 91-93 LS cam seals. but I wasnt really sure. i have to pay for the suckers even though they dont fit cuz its on special order. so does anybody know the exact seals im supposed to use?

get a crv cam seal, they dont leak and it fits, I have one in my B16A SiR-II motor and havnt had a leak since i put it in. Get like a 99 or something crv cam seal.

Are you talking about the cam seals (around the cams at the gears) or the cam plug that goes at the end of the exhaust cam by the dist?

 

B16A1 = B17A1 parts

 

if he's talking about the actual seals around the cams then nevermind, but if its cam plug......then yea the crv plug seals better than any of the other factory ones, so ive heard.

 

i was talking about the ones around the cam gears. sorry. does everybody agree to get the b17 seals? i thought it would be either b18b or second gen b16. if this helps....i have a CTR intake cam and a GSR exhaust cam.
