Still having fuel problems....
I posted abuot 2 weeks ago with my fuel problem, and it didn't seem to get better, I barely got 275 miles on my last tank....3 tanks ago I got 325 miles, 2 tanks ago 300 miles, tank before last got 275 miles again. There are no CEL's and my driving habits are fairly normal no excessive revving or anything I try to keep it around or under 2500 rpms, what would you recommend getting checked out?

I don't know from miles per tank. Normally, fuel economy is measured in miles per gallon.
After having ruled out all the obvious fuel wasters, (tire pressure, ignition, timing, mechanical deficiencies, etc) I would suspect the primary O2 sensor.

generally if the O2 sensor wasn't working properly a CEL would come up, because I thought that would haev been the problem...
I was considering a new fuel filter, but it seems that they are really hard to install from what I've read...

It's a long shot but your odometer could be failing.
I had to replace mine at around 22k and it would stick on a certain mileage for a while and then work fine.
From what I have read it is not an uncommon problem on 5 gen accords.

I've already replaced it with a fresh one about 16k miles ago...

Perfectionist mentioned it off-handedly, but increasing your tire pressure decreases rolling resistance. if your tires are low on air it could be decreasing your fuel economy.
