Turbo manifold with a turbo bloted to it is the best. and has the most gains.

First you only have one header, not headers

Just letting you know before the H-T ***** get ahold of that one.

Second, with an NA car, especially a B16 you aren't going to make much in the way of power from an exhaust system, the stock flows pretty well to start with.

Third, we need to know your budget. A cheaper header such as Megan or DC will not cause you to lose power but won't gain much either aside from a little underhood bling.

To make a decent amount, you are going to have to drop some coin on something like ANR, SMSP, HyTech, or something else along those lines. When you see the price of them and the size of the gains you will get, you will see why people have said just put a turbo mani and a turbo on the car.

***** in your court, tell us what you can spend.

Header: SMSP custom
Exhaust: 2.5" custom straight, no bends

Toda header even though its way expensive, Kteller 2.5" piping, and a straight through muffler of your likings. I would suggest a resinator but that is your choise, oh and something like a MagnaFlow 2.5" cat. You could also go with a custom header like some of the ones mentioned above.

IMO...just boost it if you want a strong B16
