Default Engine bog/hesitation under low rpm?

I just recently finished putting my edelbrock turbo kit on with a garret t28 ball bearing turbo, 5-7 psi, fmu tuning and when i am at lower rpm like below 3k rpm, i give it different throttle percentages and it is really hesitant, the car basically jerks almost like its bogging. I tried it in 2nd at about 2700k rpm, 100% throttle and the car jerked lik **** til i let off, then did the same thing in 3rd with 1/4 throttle and it did it. I also checked my spark plugs and they were fine, just a little darkish which means that i could be getting too much fuel when not under boost because when i am under boost the car is fine. However I havent retarded my timing yet so that could be the problem but does anyone kno how much i should retard it by or wat else this problem could be? thanks

i called edelbrock and they told me that the turbo link box which i have is reading boost and that is why i have a check engine light which reads code 13 (atmospheric pressure sensor) deals with the map sensor, so when i disconnect the map sensor and the battery and plug it back in it goes away for a day and then comes on again...........idk how else to trick the map sensor tho b/c i think that if i get emanage or hondata/chrome/ubderdata it will mess up the tune with my secondary set of injectors that i have.....................wat do u guys think
