Default b18a1 or Mini me in a hatch?

which one would be the better engine overall? Because right now i have the mini me. Would a B18A1 be worth it? And would it be faster? Its only 200

well it would help to know wat year the car is but for 200 id bo the ls but your still going to have to buy the rest af the swap. with the ls you have all kinds of room to up grade, ls/vtec ls/turbo or both mini-me turdo thats as far as you can go

turbo the D-series! D16Y7 for example, with greddy = high 12's!

YES, and sedan's should definitely go with an all motor F-series....here's how to build it.

F23 block bored .040 over
h22 type-s pistons
custom rods
h22 crank

f22ax head (best port geometry of all f's)
worked by some hella gangsta Honda head guru.

Skunk2 H23 manifold (or custom ITB's)
crower valvetrain
custom delta cam.

tuned i'd expect 215 whp out of a SOHC non-VTEC.

or just turbo the d and make more power for less money.

Agreed, the B18 will give you a far better base to work from. If you have the option go for it instead of keeping the D series in there.

I would say go Ls/Vtec. It's better to build your car once instead of not being satisfied with the power and doing it over again. You're limited to what you can do with the D-series motor. Endless possibilities with a B-series. You can easily hit 400whp with Ls/Vtec on low boost and proper tuning. Imagine race fuel and high boost!

Go LS if you have the budget. You'll need 94+ Integra mounts or aftermarket ones and shift linkage. A hydraulic B-series tranny or a cable with the hydro to cable kit. And an OBD1 pr4 or p75. I'm doing the same thing to mine...LS swap.
