Default will this substitute for a an chipped ecu (obd2)

im almost done with my turbo kit. but i hear i need this uberdata,chrome, or a chipped ecu. I really dont know anything about all this computer stuff and ive tried to look it up and research it. but i just cant find anything. will this product work. instead??

so let me get this straight. uberdata is like taking a little computer chip and putting it in your ecu?

Yes, uberdata and crome replace the stock code on the ecu but allow you to modify it whichever way you please.
