Default possible alarm problem proventing me from starting my car

i just installed my vortech supercharger kit on my 00 S2000, i have a pager Viper Alarm and now the car wont spark.
before when i turn on my auto start from my key, the car would crank but wont turn over due to the immobilizer. but now when do it after the supercharger install, the car wont do anything but i can see on the pager that its activated.

my question...... is it possible when i mounted the piggy back on the ecu that i might loosen some wires from the alarm?? how can i bypass the kill switch or the auto start unit?

Was wondering if i had the battery unplugged for a long period of time, would that activate the kill switch or anything after i reinstall it??
