Fuel Injector fuse/short out......*POP*.....

Fuel Injector fuse/short out......*POP*.....
Here's the run down:::
So a freind of mine went to wash his car. Wile he was there he decided to wash the engine bay(motor running). 15min After he leaves the car wash. The car shuts off. They trace it down to the Fuel Injector fuse. No biggy, just replace the fuse. Well now the car has a short some where, because it keeps blowing this fuse,once the ignition is turn on.
We took the complete fuse box out to make shure its dry,and to look for any thing that might be out of place. Still nothing.
Cliff notes: Washed engine bay.
Keep blowing out Fuel Injector fuse.
WHY?
Car: EK w/ B18c1. OBD1 injector clips. OBD2-ODB1 jumper harness.
