I don't even bother with the injector one.

Just take out the 15A ECU fuse in the engine bay.

I'll second that. Go to the fuse box near the battery and take out the ECU fuse (15a) and do the comp. test.

much easier to take out the fuse. dont even bother wasting an extra 5 mins to pull out the injector clips!

LOL i didnt disable the feul when i did mine... Does that have a bearing on the test or just general safety?

I thought it was a safety issue but I didnt feel like looking for the fuse, i did it without and nothing bad happend i suppose

If you haven't disabled spark, then maybe one of your plug wires might spark against a ground. If there's fuel spurting out of the plug holes... ??

The fuel will wet the cylinder walls & influence the rings' seal. You'll build up more fuel as you measure each cylinder, so it'll be different as you go.

if you don't disable the fuel pump you'll get lower readings, not to mention gas in your oil and comustion cylinders.

the fuel will wash away the oil that help the rings seal, and you'll get lower readings because of it.
