Default Tranny problem

ok so I have a 90 civic with a LS swap connected to a YS1 lsd tranny, but I have a problem. I can't put the car into gear. When I push the clutch all the way down it will not go into gear. I can turn the car off and put it in gear and start it but it will go with the clutch all the way in, car anyone tell me what the problem is thanks.

rebleed it sounds like air or a faulty clutch cylinder

Why a new cable? It's most likely a clutch issue. Make sure the cable isn't binding. Tighten it up at the adjuster. Some times it takes two people one to pry on the lever and turn the nut If that don't get it inspect the clutch disk for loose material as a blown disk will do this.

Did you install the clutch disc in the right way. There is a flywheel side and a pressure plate side.
