Default HELP! Alarm acting up!

Ok so Im trying to crank my new engine over to get oil through it but everytime I try my alarm loses its mind beeps abnormally and the starter wont turn. I cannot get it to shutup after without disconnecting the battery. Any suggestions? This is a PITA.

1) Why did it suddenly lose its mind?

2) Short of it acting normally again, how do I bypass it now?

just unplug the alarm. also find the starter relay and connect the starter circuit back to stock. and not thru the relay.

First try unplugging the the alarm brain. If it doesn't start I'll walk you threw the relay unplugging process, This will keep you from getting confused.

Somewhere along the line you lost a solid ground for the alarm....so when you attempt to start it up it wigs out. Check all alarm connections.

"When it comes to electrical stuff I'm dumb."

Then pay someone $40 an hour to R&R it or just buy a new alarm.

Then honestly, you shouldn't be messing around with this. Like above, pay someone to fix it.

You can do more harm than good by screwing around...
