Default 140k b16 to type r cam =???

I got a b16a3 with 140 on the motor, it it still runs good. I am getting a type r intake cam and have thoughts of throwing it in the motor. Good idea or bad idea?

type R cams are ok for a few extra ponies but imo i think you should just go with some aftermarket cams for all the work that your going to do.....and as always, wheather its R cams or aftermarket....some tuning system along with dyno is always a good idea.......I prefer hondata which I have......others may be the same...
