I been seeing alot of car theft going on in this fourm. Its a sad thing to see happen, I been a victem myself, me and my bro-inlaw 01 black type-r was stolen right in front of my house, fully built and just three days out of the shop. I guess you could say it was my fault. I take full resonsabilty for it. It had every security item out there. But a dead car battery That I was to lazy to change was my down fall, plus the truck and trailer that the loaded my car onto, It was hard watching it on the next door neibghor cam that he has recording at his house. Till this day I have not seen her again.

I guess I could say I was a dollar late and a day short, Because I had the most valuable peice of my security just sitting about 100 ft away in my house just to lazy to put in. What could it be? The Dei. 210v gps tracking. \|/




This is a wonderful unit that i beleive installed by someone who cares and will take the time to do it right. Will keep your car were its put or you will have to go down the street to pick it up. Or show up at the azzhole house to pick up your pride and joy and ask him why he decided to take yours.

This unit can be used as a stand-alone unit or teamed up with a alarm to be a killer combo. This will be putting alot of car theifs were they belong or getting there head smashed. \|/



The pictures above shows a little bit of the gps- celluar unit. I don't want to show the whole unit because, I don't want to give theifs the picture of the whole unit which would jeperdize it. Above shows the gps-celluar ant. It could be hidden anywere in the car. I'll give you alittle run down on how it works. The unit tracks off the 15 or more gps sattilites that orbit the earth. Were ever you take your car the gps is tracking it. as long as there is sky there is tracking. If the theif decides to go underground thats were the celluar kicks-in and gives a approx to were the car is. Its accurate to 10 feet. The unit operates off its own standerd back up battery so if the theif disconnects the car battery or happens to find your alarm its still tracking. Plus all of this is being recorded so you can take a look at it from any dei website.

The features that this unit provide is great. It will notify you if your ignition was turned on with out your knowledge or if your alarm was triggred, You will get a phone call, a page or a email. Its up to you on how you set up your account. Plus If you lock your keys in your car, You are just a phone call away or a couple of keyboard presess away from unlocking your car. Do you let your a family member drive your car? Get real time tracking with speed so you can see if someone is hitting vtec in ur whip. Plus if your car is taken why not just shutt down the car on the spot. You can do this from any phone or computer that has the internet.



I have this unit on all of my family cars, and mine. Even the beater,lol. I have installed these on alot of customers cars out here, One customer That I did had his car stolen and went to retrieve his car, I don't reommend this. After he handeled his buiseness and spent 2 days in jail he had his car back in one peice.

I feel this the only way to keep our pride and joys right were they belong. With us. I keep one of my car baited. No siren, no led, no parkinglight. just waiting for the day again. I think members here should take advantage of one of theses units. If you are going to spend all of that hard earn money on rims, interior, motor and such, Why not spend alittle more on your alarm? Our cars are not just some cheap toys anymore. We put all of our hard earn money into them. Some people save for years or months to get that special part. I hope that I speak for all of you that say I'll be dammed to give this up to some low life azzhole. I sleep alot easier knowing that my car is going to be there were I left it.

Is there any monthly fee's like the Lojack? What is the price of one of those units? What other features does it have other than the gps?

 

The lo-jack is a one time fee. The dei gps unit is a yearly thing, 100 for basic, They have diffrent packages. With the dei gps you have real time tracking of the car. Lo-jack you don't. Price range from 700 to 900 dependig on were you go. Install too may vary were you go.
