8p din socket?
hi all,
I don't have a cd changer, but i was wondering if it is possible to "hack" my stereo so i can play my Ipod on it?

the stereo is the original stereo for the car.
I remember reading it somewhere that it is possible to play your mp3 on your stereo by using the 8p din socket at the back without the need of a cd changer.
Is this possible and how would i do it?
thanks

You can get a unit that turns the din plug to a aux input and use your ipod for it. It won't control the ipod, But it will keep you from hacking up your radio, metra has a couple
