Default D-series Auto and Manual Engines

Currently driving a 1991 5spd dx sedan, and i recently pulled the engine out of a 1991 automatic dx sedan (D15B2 engine). I plan on rebuilding the automatic engine and turning it into a mini-me (for fun). What i'm wondering is if there are any differences (and what they may be) between the automatic and manual versions of this engine, as i plan on dropping it back into the 5spd. Did some searching, but i could only find info on the b-series and zc.
