Default Window trim is chipping away...

My window trim is chipping away. You can pretty much pick it off with your fingernail... Does anyone know how to repaint these? Is it worth it or should I just get new ones? Here is a picture:

Any help is appreciated...

I put electrical tape on mine until I can afford new OEM Honda ones.

just get new ones, they are like $44 on majestic honda. Or scrape it all down, primer it and repaint it... but.. its up to you, just don't put electrical tape on it, lol

i had the same problem, of course i didnt have money to go and buy new ones.

what i did was sanded them down so they were smooth, then carefully taped everything else off, and then i painted it with bumper/ trim paint.

it was a cheap and easy solution.

How easy are they to take off? I know you guys masked it off, but I figured that since you can buy new ones, there must be a way to take them off...

you gotta pull the window garish of its like 4 srews hidin behind the rubber role your window and then pull mirror off and that window trim pops off, there held on by clips and sand and paint
