What color smoke? I am assuming blue from the exhaust?

 

grayish kinda maybe a little blue (i think its oil )

are you being serious ? if so y does vtec burn oil?

 

vtec should not burn oil, your car has a problem.

Try a leak down test. If your rings are good then depending on how white the smoke is it may be coolant from a headgasket leak or something. Odd's are that the rings are worn and letting a little oil by. As long as there isnt gob's of smoke flying out the back of your car then you're fine.
