Default Ignition Switch not getting power?

When I turn the key to on nothing comes on, no dash lights at all, the headlights work etc.. But no starting or dash lights.

Just wondering what it could possibly be? Any help is greatly appreciated!

There is a 50A fuse under the hood by the battery for the ignition. Have you checked that?

bump!

I have the exact same problem and it would be nice to know what is wrong.

When I turn the key to acc or on, no dash lights, no console lights, no fan, no radio, no power to sunroof and it's not starting. I don't think I'm getting any fuel pressure either. If someone can help me ASAP that would be very much appreciated!

If the under-hood fuses are all fine and the battery is charged and tightly connected, then you probably have a bad ignition switch.

Problem fixed!

The big brown fuse with 3 prongs (well not really prongs, but three things) beside the 15A cigarette lighter fuse under the dash was loose.

Glad it was a easy fix.
