NY STATE INSPECTION
well look at it this way....its 37$ for a ny state inspection....you dont pay until they pass you.....keep bringing it to diffrent shops until they take ur money. thats wat i did. now i have a guy who passes anything. i mean anything. my brother had open headers with 3 cel's and he somehow passed it
No i dont have a cell but i have a obd1 ecu so it does not read.
isnt hondata a obdII program? so is there a way to repicate the o2 sensor and the knock sensor so it will pass on hondata

Thats incorrect. first off its 37 pass or fail. ive been doing inspections for 4 years now the inspection machine looks for the readiness monitors and cel. if your vehicle has 3 or more readiness monitors not done it will fail. if it has a cel it will fail. need any help with inspection hit me up.

my problem is that i have a 99 car
with a OBDI 95 motor, it was a theft recovery rebuilt and passed the NY state salvage test
they should have just failed the car for having an older motor, then i wouldnt be in the problem of trying 2 get it inspected
