Default help GSR cylinder one not working

i have a problem that i can't figure out, cylinder one isn't working, it has great compression, has sparking from wires, looks like fuel is going into the cylinder but its not doing anything, can anyone give me a idea why it isn't working, the rest of the other 3 are working great besides this one

It's sparking from the wire? You say it "looks" like you have fuel, but have you actually seen it? Verify that the plug is firing by putting it next to a ground, or using those fancy indicators. Make sure your injector is plugged in.

sorry i meant firing from the spark plug, yes it is firing and everything, see i just bought this gsr and its at my friends shop, he told me engine one isn't working and it has great compression, fuel is questionable but i guess it is there, and spark plugs fire, other than that i have no clue

What kind of compression testing is he doing... if you are on tdc then you may not be getting the same results as a running compression test. A lot of times the cylinder will have perfect compression at tdc but due to wrong timing or other issues it might not be right still.

Check your ignition timing or pull the valve cover off and see if you have an internal problem.

It could be your timing. Everything could be working but doing it all at the wrong time.

figured it out after some trial and error, it was the stupid intake manifold gasket, that thing was blown to hell on cylinder one and that was the reason why it didn't work...thanks for the help everyone
