what turbo is good for my set up???

Default what turbo is good for my set up???

i have a b16 and i am getting a top mount mani. what is a good turbo for my car? i would like to dyno high 300's to wheels.

A big *** turbo, Joke, I would say t3/60-1 with like a 82 ar, B16's like to rev and make power upthere. Just a thought

well im getting a good idea for what i need. thanx. one more ? can someone breake this down for me a tell me what all this means (t3/60-1 with like a 82 ar). im new to the build your own turbo. normaly you buy a kit and everything is there that you need.

for starters your not going to get high 300whp without building the engine a bit. I am currently building a b16a and only shooting to break 300whp and it adds up real fast.

i learned that if your going to do something do it rite the first time!!!!! engine will be built a bit. new rods, pistons, bearings, and some head work springs, retainers, and a better valve grind

thanx for the thread. i think i will try to get something in the .80's if i lower my compression to 9.0-1 i will lose the low end power and torque? so if i keep the 10.4 pistons and get diffrent rods better head studs and a really good head gasket i should be good to about 10-15 psi? correct me if i am wrong. what kind of hp could i get with out taking out the pistons?

so if i run forged pistons i can keep the 10.4 compression and run a good amount of boost also? lets say i want to run 15 psi daily can the engine hold up to this?
