Default EG with an LS no temp and no fan

yea its another my fan wont turn on situation...

ive got a 92 eg with a 96 ls swap. ever since i did the swap the temp guage hasnt worked. and recently i noticed the cooling fan doesnt run either. i have swapped out the fan switch on the thermo, new thermo, new coolant, bled the system 2x, changed that sensor under the dizzy thats supposed to send the signal to the temp guage in the cluster. i can jump the fan switch with a paper clip and turn the fan on, but i can wait and wait and wait and it will never come on even when the motor is hot.

Im out of ideas i have also checked the fuses and such. im thinking maybe power isnt getting to the relay. any help is very much appreciated.

ps i did do a search and every time ppl post that you should replace all the things i already replaced. so im out of ideas.
