Default 93 Civic DX Misfire

Just bought a 93 Civic DX for a killer deal, I am planning on dropping a D15B into it, but until then i need it to run nice and smooth

The car starts just fine, however its only running on 3 cylniders, #2 does not fire, checked for spark and its getting it, (amazing how much of a jolt you get off a plug wire) pulling the plug you can see there is a small amount of oil on it, I have tried cleaning it off to see if it would help and it did not.

The Error codes just says Misfire on #2

Any suggestion on what else i should check?

Forgot to mention, I have done a compression check on it as well and they all check fine, however #2 is slow to get to 160

D15B7s are notorious for head gasket failures, so that's a possibility.

Leakdown test on the #2 cylinder will tell you more than a compression test.
