CHANGED FUEL INJECTORS... STILL THROWING CODE 16 AND LOCKS AT 3500RPM!!!
ok i have no idea what's going on, i changed my injectors (made sure, using obd1 OEM injectors) and i still cannot pass 3500rpm... what is going on?!?! 
unplugged VTEC to check, plugged back in, same thing
reset ECU few times, same thing
no other cels but 16
do i need to upgrade any fuel lines? i have the one out the fpr hooked correctly, and the one to the fuel filter hooked correctly... is it too small or something?
