Default Restoring OEM Wipers? What process and what paint to go through?

Do any of you guys have any suggestions on what to use on how to sand it down or to get the old paint off? Im thinking aircraft stripper, but also what paint to give it that oem finish back?

Does it look like **** after? I remember i did that to a metal intake pipe, and after spraying it with paint it showed the sanding marks still. Which brings me to my next question, what grit sand paper should i use? And what good paint do you guys reccomend to bring it back to that flatish black finish?

i don't remember the grit of the sandpaper but it's the one that's black and you use it with water. Oh forgot to tell you use metal etching primer.

Just buy new ones from honda. They are like $12. By time you spend all that money on cans of paint and sand paper you could have had OEM that is going to last ten times longer. The paint usually fades 6 months, to a year later with that spray paint crap. OEM last a good 5 years AT LEAST before they start to fade, more like 10 if taken care of.
