Does anyone have the little light by their engine temp gauge? i have a little light right by there but ive never seen it light up, does anyone have a clue what that is?

 

does no one else have this light???

 

maybe an indicator for when the water temp gets too high?

 

my first thought was it might be a radar detector, the ones that are hidden in the front bumper but have a signal light in the dash right there..i live in VA so there illegal so i dont know, but on the other hand the guy that had my car was 81 years old haha

I have a red LED light just right of the temperature guage. It flashes on and off when the alarm is on. Maybe that could be it.
