Default TURBO B18C1.. NEED ENGINE HELP PLEASE

hey, thanks to those who answered my questions before. iv been wrenching all motor vtec projects for years now and this is my first turbo vtec setup (completely different world btw) and the shops around here are hack and lots of $$$ for bandaid results. much rather do it myself if only i knew what exactly was wrong, hopefully someone out there can help me out.. this time i bought a stock B18C1.. all i got to install over winter was is a Precision T3/T4 61 trim set up and AEM adjustable cam gears it was tuned and running great at 9lbs of boost... shortly after dyno, tune and break in period i didnt get much time behind the wheel before it was loosing boost when vtec engadged unless letting it rev up at half throttle, seemed like the more pressure on the accelerator the sooner it would cut boost. i noticed iv already cracked the exhaust manifold. seems like since i first noticed the crack i have been losing boost and power at progressingly lower engine speeds as the crack (now hole) gets bigger, so it seems. right now the engine idles and vac/boosts normal until it hits 5K RPM and then it losses everything it was working for and holds at 5K RPM and studders (with spikes in the tach?) much like the boost cut in my friends DSM. before i noticed the cracks down in the weld of the exhaust manifold, i checked my plugs (NGK iridiums) and they are gapped right (.030?) and not fouled.. and i was thinkin about trying NGK BKR7E to see if that fixes the problem as well as adjusiting my turbonetics wastegate and trying a new air filter (friends hypotheses)?. i was wondering if anyone else has dealt this problem and should this problem simply go away with a new exhaust manifold(not making the right exhaust/backpressure the engine needs at higher RPM maybe)? or should i try new plugs/colder plugs? i was also told that i could be my BOV (greddy type s)?.
i have minimal street time/knowledge with the new turbo set up to make some serious educated guesses and to start putting in the wrench time and money myself. i know i should get the new manifold ASAP (its comin before anything else) before any trial and error but im low on funds at the moment (drained the bank on the new setup) and im still not sure what companies make a manifold that will fit cause i dont want to go with the same company as before (thought BLOX was a reputable company) because id like one that will not crack after my first high RPM run (not NA high rpm, like 7k RPM shifts).
so after reading my rambling post any educated ideas to fix this problem will be very helpful. ask questions if i left out anything u need to know to make a diagnosis.
also feel free to post companies you've tried on your own turbo vtec applications that make a QUALITY exhaust manifold that will fit the Precision T3/T4 set up on the B18, also a needed new downpipe that will line up with the new manifold and still bolt up to a magnaflow cat back 3'' exhaust. iv checked the threads and unfortunetly before getting a headache i didnt find any promising setups for my application.

Thanks guys... too many kids with turbo DSM's runnin down the local 1/4mile thinkin they are the ****, to have my honda at home one step away from embarrasing them.

P.S. thanks to everyone who responded and helped me out on my last post, very knowledgable people, good to hear from those who actually know what the hell they are talkin about when it comes to Honda chat im new to honda-tech.com as u can see and this ***** the best thing since the invention of DOHC

Look at your bov if it is still seating tight, the bov have a srew on top to tighting it or loosing it . Start the engine and rev it to like 6000 rpm and put your hand on the bov if it letting air out of the bov. If it letting air out try tighting it up and redo it again and check again . If you tighting the bov all the way and it still letting pressure air out your bov is no good.

If you say that your manifold has a hole on it and you still see boost ontil 5000 rpm then it just drop pressure, are you runing boost controller or just wastegate. If there no boost controller just by wastegate then it could be your wastegate that is not holding exhaust pressure to build boost or the the turbo needed alot of exhaust heat to spin the turbie and the hole on the manifold is letting the exhaust heat out and it is not enough for the turbo to build boost in high rpm.

my head hurts from just looking at that. lol there's too much clutter and i can't get a grasp of what your problem is. forsure you have a boost leak. i can help, but i want you to rewrite that or give me some different info.

1. what is your setup exactly? list it and post a picture if you can.
2. what is the problem you're coming across? and when it is occuring.

i cant rev it past 5K RPM.. it stops taching out and it starts popping/studdering and i lose boost. after the initial stop at 5K RPM the tach then spikes to around 7K RPM and comes back down but the engine doesnt seem to actually speed up.

i really dont have that much of a set up right now.. its just a stock 2001 B18C1.. InlinePRO adjustable cam gears.. InlinePRO 2.0mm headgasket.. BLOX intake manifold... BLOX Map sensor block.. equal length turbo manifold (cracked pos).. Extreme manual boost controller.. Presicion SC61 T3/T4.. 2.5" 5 bolt downpipe.. delta wastesgate 5lbs.spring.. Greddy IC piping.. Greddy 6row FMIC.. Greddy Type-S Bov.. NGK wires and iridium plugs.. Fuel Management= adjustable fuel pressure regulator.. Walboro 255 in-tank fuel pump.. 450cc Dsm fuel injectors.. Apex`i S-afc II. thats about it for the engine. I tried getting pictures but now my camera is dead and i have to wait for the battery to charge to download to the computer. if u still need em i can have em up tonight... i was a lil intoxicated last night when i origianally posted and i apologize, it doesnt even make that much sense to me now that i read it today.. lol. but basically in every gear the motor wont let me go past 5K rpm when it starts to sputter, bog down and loses all boost. i dont know if uv hit boost cut before, but it is very similar. this only started happening when the crack in the exhaust manifold developed. at first it was happening when vtec engadged but now the crack is bigger and it happens at an even lower RPM. lemme kno ur thoughts.. thanks
