Default Cable to Hydro Trans in a DA???

I've got a 91 Intergra RS w/ a jdm Si-R b16a w/ a cable trans. Well the trannys starting to go and I have access to a working b18c1 GS-R trans, alas the question. What will I need to put a Hyrdo trans in? I looked on Hasports site but it doesn't look like its been updated in years....

Can I still use the cable trans' clutch and flywheel as well? help!!!

Cable and Hydro trannies and their parts are not interchangeable.

You'd have to get all the lines, master cylinder, slave cylinder and clutch and pressure plate for the hydro tranny. I'm pretty sure there are different mounts also...and I'm not 100% certain about the shift linkage.

Sorry for the unknowns there...

That's a lot of effort though.

My friend bought a Hasport cable to hydro kit. He's running a hydro GSR in his EF.

the kit comes with a lever that your clutch cable connects to wich in forth moves the shift fork on the hydro tranny

ys1 trannys can adapt hydro internals. may require some minor grinding down of the inner case of the ys1. 92+ clutch all the same.

Innovative has a cable to hydro kit. Your clutch cable pulls a lever which actuates the shift fork.

incorrect

all b seris pressure plates and flywheels are interchangable
that are 2 different clutch disk. 90-91 small spline and 92-01 big spline. so a 92-93 ys1 cable trannie clutch will work fine in a hydro trannie. piolet bearings are the same. there is a cable throw out bearing and a hydro thro out bearing

the shift linkage is different between hydro and cable the U part that connects to the bottom of the shifter is wider on the hydro
