alright well today coming back from school i gets a ticket... for..... exhaust... on the freeway just coasting... sucks!!! so yeah he said he was sending me to the ref but he didnt put that sticker on the ticket and it says not a correctable violation..

the main question is, if i go to the ref are they just going to test the decibles or are they going to test emissions and everything also??

the only thing he put on the ticket was Exhaust too loud..

and do i even have to go since he didnt put that sticker on the back?
