Hey i have a 97 civic EX with a Drag 3 kit on it running at about 6.5 psi. How much boost can my stock internals hold without messing up, and what fuel components, engine management do i need to do this?

 

I did 8.5 for over a year w/ a drag kit, and VAFC....ran rich all the time too

 

I knew a guy with an older (92-95) Civic EX with a DRAG kit running 10-12 psi daily... drove the crap outta it too - all on bone stock D16. Drove it like that for over a year expecting it to blow so he could do a B swap, but it never blew! Guess he got tired of waiting so eventually he dropped in a B18C and had a D16 to boot...some guys have all the luck...
