Default Weight and other comparisons between the different years of ITR's

There was this one site that I found awhile back that had a complete comparison of all Integra, all models, all specs, usdm, jdm, pretty much everything. I can not find that site.

What I'm mainly interested in is the wieght differences between the usdm ITR's. I believe the 00+ gained weight compared to the 98. I was wondering what that could have been.

Any other information is also greatly appreciated, it doesn't just have to be about weight. I like to see the not so obvious changes during the evolution of the USDM Type R. Like the immobo was added in 00+ and was changed to obd2b. I also noticed that the 01 wipes the windshield automatically when you spray it.

Thanks!

the 98 were probly weighed without AC as it was an option......... and it came standard on the 00-01 so that is some weight right there

as far as the wipers automatically swiping when sprayed im pretty sure all tegs do that......... mine does and its a 98....... ive never seen any car NOT do that

97s also do not automatically activate the wipers when the washer is sprayed.

Also the "door open/key in ignition" warning sound is different LOL

There are some other minor differences. Did the bumpers change slightly in '98? What about the remote latch for the rear hatch, with the latch next to the gas filler door release - was that there in '97-98?

I'm sure the biggest weight difference, though, was from the A/C, which was previously mentioned. I think that's like 40-50 pounds right there.

Oh, and the '01 had floor mats (thin black ones) as standard equipment. Usually the curb weight includes all standard equipment.

Yea the bumpers changed 98+. That's also when they did the hatch lever and got rid of the handle/cable near the gas door release.

I see, that's what I was trying to understand. I didn't know that the curb weight was just of Standard equipment. That makes sense now!

Also the vanity mirror on the passenger visor is larger on 98+

There's a vanity mirror on the passenger visor?

For the 97, was AC an option or just completely unavailable?

Yes, it was a dealer-installed option in '97-98, standard equipment from the factory in '00-01.

I believe the AC weighs about 36 pounds, I'm not sure where I read that at ... so the 1998 CW ITR should weigh about 2613 ( 2577 + 36) ....

another difference between the 2000+ and the 1998 is that the CW rims does add a few extra ponies
