Delsol Fuel Cutoff switch.
Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone knows the best place to get at the wires for a fuel pump in a delsol. My friend is starting to build her car into a show car and I want to help protect the car a little. If it was a EG I would just start pulling up carpet but I have no experiance with these cars from the engine bay back. Thanks for your help, and no I didn't try and search this.. I don't know why.

From what I remember the fuel pump is accessible after you remove the rear "storage bin" panels, to get those off you should also remove the center console.
It's easier to remove all the panels with the seats out but it's not necessary (nice to remove 'em every once in awhile to clean out the crunk that gets into spots you otherwise can't reach).
Google uncovered a fairly detailed walkthrough of the procedure for a Del Sol.

yep, pull the center console out first, then take off the upper panels on the back (where the rear speakers are, and the piece in between), then pull the storage compartments, and the fuel pump is underneath, right in the middle.
