Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't the EG6 the Civic SiR Hatchback in Japan? Now all EG6 parts are compatible with USDM Hatchs right (I understand that engine components might not since they are based off a B16A). So if I bought an Exhaust for an EG6, then that exhuast is for a 3 Door Civic Hatch with a B Series Motor Right? So if I had an EG6 exhaust w/ a B18A swap in my USDM Civic hatch then theoretically it would bolt up right? Also do they use Catalytic Converters in Japan? If not would the exhaust be designed for not cat?

*update* The exhaust I am looking at has the 3 bolt flange at the end, so it looks like it mounts up to a cat.

most people don't put enough thought into their mods

to OP: I'm fairly certain an EG6 exhaust an EG6 exhaust, the only differences in systems being whether the piping goes over or under the rear LCAs. the exhaust manifolds are different from d to b series, but I'm pretty sure the cat-back systems are the same and the length difference is made up in the cat. or test pipe. I don't have a b-series though, so I'm not sure. you could defintely search and find out though.

It should be fine, but just go to meineke if it doesn't. Its not like you have to go back a bunch of times or something
