chipped ecu
As my screen name says, I have a 00 civic ex. It have the d16y8 in it. I want to chip my ecu, but my question is, is it worth it? Will I gain som HP from it? Will rev limit be higher or what? Lastly does anyone know where I can get it chipped for a good price? Thanks.
anything I can do besides intake and exhaust to get some power out if it? Have you guys heard of those AEM pulley kits? What do they do? What about a cam gear if I got one of those, would it do anything.

it's a D series, just learn it, like I did, unless u used forced induction (turbo) it has NO potential with bolt ons unless u dump tons and tons and tons of money into it (and even then u'll only run 12's)
swap or turbo, don't try to build up the D series w/ bolt ons, because nothing will happen
and no, the chipped ECU won't do anything for that engine stock...nor will intake or exhausts..
