Hi guys, does a 94 GSR ecu work with my 92 civic si?

I am about to downgrade from b18c1 to d16z6 motor. I am preparing my car for Honda challenge H4. I don't want to buy another ecu. But I am selling my b18c1 soon after I got the d16z6 in the car.
