if you heard over the weekend carlson did not qualify again and this time around stevens didnt even get in wtf!!!! is going on doesnt look good for the rookie... hope he gets in soon half the seasons coming around.. also capps and bazmore getting in a scrap?!!! whits lip has stitches lol and both went out in first round dam looks like shoe racing has it just as bad as h-t!!! carlson needs to get in the dam field

 

on the qualifying round where everyone was getting good times... someone replaced the battery in shaun's car with a battery that hadnt been charged all the way and must have forgot to check... and they could not get the car going... sucks for the schumacer team having both drivers DNQ
i really hope carlson gets it going... as you said, 6dnq's arent great... i believe enders had a better start then shaun has in the early going

on a side note... that pedregon/hight funny car final was AMAZING... pedregon got out of it midway, got back on the loud pedal, and pulled at the end by a foot or two... great race!!!!... just like the racing in englishtown this weekend from what i heard

p.s seems like everyone on here loves drag racing but never watches the powerade series , i love drag racing period, whether it is imports or top fuel im there!!

 

they're gonna have even more trouble for the forseeable future after firing bob. remember he's the one that turned the whole program around when it was larry morgan's operation. hopefully shoe and his team can figure out a solution sooner rather than later.

 

i deffinately remember that but mr shoe saw that glidden wasnt doing what he sought that was best for the team meaning he did not like the new kid on the block... i dont know if David Nickens is capable but its his second race so far but not good for the mopar camp . i think is deffinatley a big change and will take even more time to get back up on there feet. man its like god is holding carlsons talent back or something jinx him. anyhow, powerade series has been such a joy to watch and prostock has been crazy , margins down too .00015 thats freakin sick

 

nickens used to own the mopar p/s program back in the day. there's a reason mopar took the deak away from him. hopefully he can do something this time around. if not shoe's got the resources to hire someone to get the job done. they'll put it all together eventually.

It all goes back to last week when Force beat Bazemore and they showed Capps celebrating at the end of the track. Supposedly they had a "team" meeting. For some reason I get the vibe that Bazemore is a cocky son of gun, Unlike Scelzi,Capps,Pedragon's,Densham,Bartone and Medlin. I think the incident they had is great for the sport and it's gonna make that win that much more important. Take a look at the finals last year in Funny Car, down to the wire at the final race can't beat it.

I think Shumacher is scratching his head wondering what's going on with the Mopar cars but I don't think he'll open the seat just yet. I pull for Carlson every race weekend.

Can u say Hillary Will and Melonie Troxel....Troxel has been on fire up until last weekend. 6 straight finals(i think)....gotta give up to her.

 

cory and bernstien are great drivers and one of my favorites to watch too, but the are definately giant killers and bernstein looks to be right there with the car but didnt make the pass due to a bent frame rail

 

i find it amazing that bernstein lost a rear wheel and kept it straight going 200+ mph. I tivo all the powerade races.

 

that was pretty crazy, and good job with fuller getting out of the way, i thought it was over and both cars were gonna get totalled

 

the capps/bazemore feud begun in december. it just came to a head in bristol when capps started chearing when force one against bazemore. bazemore is a cocky ***** and deserved a busted lip.

but that doesnt make alot of scence larry morgan and V gaines are still qualifying.....

I was talking about the chassis and the wheel issue. Your 100% right I think Troxel is the ****!!!! She's determined, well-spoken, focused and competitive as hell! How can you go wrong. I wish J.R Todd would hop in on the action too, I think his issue is funding though.

 

he also has picked up skull shine for the rest of the season, thus far he can show the big doggs that he can be a threat to the ladder
