It depends where you are man, prices vary for what you want to do, if your gonna get it tunned properly but for what you have it would be a waste of money

Well I suggest before you think of doing anything, is to read on the site, the different sections and Articles, all motor, forced induction.. because you obviously don't know what to do, and I'm not going to tell you what to do.. So your best bet is to just ask questions and learn, don't rush into anything

lmao, an intake will be more worth it on ur setup than a chipped ECU
It's only really neccessary if ur boosting or going heavy all motor build.....I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, it seems u got the wrong idea, u got this idea like "if i get my ECU 'reflashed' my car will be like super fast" -- and that's not really how it'll work at all, if u get ur car tuned on a dynometer by somebody that knows hondas really well u'll be lucky to pull 10 horses out of ur set up, the only thing u got going for u is that engine's pretty fast...but never-the-less, it's like putting an exhaust (like u have) on a stock engine (which u have) and expecting madd horsepower gains..it doesn't work that way...

Intake.
Intake.
Buy your self a copy of the performance magazine HONDATUNING and find the add for the company known as HONDATA. This is what they do. Rechip ECUs and PCMs. If you are good with your laptop you can even set your own paramaters for maximum performance.
