Default To cut or not to cut?

I will but intalling my turbo setup this weekend, and I was wondering if I should cut the black webbing out of my 94-97 front bumper. I was going to keep the red part across the opening though. What do you think?? Cut? Or leave as is??

If you can fit it w/o cutting don't cut. Put some sort of grill too so nothing just bounces and smashes yoru fmic.

Alright, I'll just leave it as-is. I just saw a bunch of 98-01 bumpers with the fins cut out and it looked kinda nice, I didnt know if it would give the same effect to the older bumpers. Thanks though.
