i was wondering if i should cut my bumper for my intercooler?? has anyone seen it done on a teggy??? and if it looks clean or not...post pics please...

 

cut what on your bumper?
a lot of people remove the black grill thing, if thats what you mean.

 

i think he means the bumper..too make it bigger and meaner.. and more scary looking...

basically whether or not you want to have to cut alot of **** or not, i say no tho. just remove the black grill thing

A cut bumper will look like any other cut bumper,
it won't be much different from the civic above.

If you can deal with it being cut, or Really think it would help bring in more air,
then what's stopping you? Other then thinking "form over function"
and not the Other way around, which Function should take the first spot.

 

I was afraid that if I cut the bumper, it would sag so I only cut from the backside (carved) so that my intercooler would fit.

 

if you dont have to cut it then don't....there's enough emo kids....last thing i wanna see are emo cars

 

just leave it the way it is. if its a serious drag, car then cool, but its what ever you like.

i wish i still had my grill so i can paint my intercooler black

 

I say dont cut. Buy an IC that fits in the grill. But thats just my $0.02.
