I have been running one of their mani's on my car for four months now because it was all I could get ahold of when I needed a new mani late at night. Couldn't wait a week for another so I picked this up.

I will tell you right now, they are garbage. The Metal is thin, the welds are ****, and I am surprised it's still holding together but I did brace the hell out of mine.

I figured it would be trashed within a month or so but it's still holdind strong for me so I haven't replaced it because I can't bring myself to since it's still working.

If I were you though and there was a way around buying one as it's not a need, save up some more cash and just order the good stuff so you won't be spending it again later.

yeah, what else is there major in a turbo kit, manifold and turbo, everything else can be trash and still work fine. there manifolds FALL apart, but the turbo's are OK, but the seals inside them are junk. overall, if you dont mind changing seals, and buying manifolds a few times a year, go ahead and get one of the kits.

so i figure that the exhaust manifold is more reliable if its thick, like a cast log, and it seems that they just havent figured out how to make a turbo yet

oh they know how, they are build w/ profit in mind though, to sell for the prices they do they have to cut cost somewhere to make money.

Yeah, I've gone the cheap route before and its not worth it. I purchased an SS Autochrome manifold and turbo and the oil seals blew out in under 5000 KM and the manifold was cracked in half within a month.
