Simple Question about Adding alarm siren.
No problem. Do it up. That's exactly the way I have mine wired.
:edit: Just make sure you're tapping both wires on the existing siren, not just the one wire as your diagram shows (ie: red to red and black to black).

When you add more than 5 sirens you would need to trigger a relay with the original siren wire, and draw power for the sirens off battery power.

On the third siren you'll notice they're not as loud as they were with just one siren.
You could do it that way but it's not necessary for the grounds to be tied together. They can both be grounded to the chassis.

brown alarm siren output --> 85
86 grounded
30 constant 12v
87 to the red on the siren
black on the siren to chassis ground
You could run a 16 gauge wire for your constant 12v to the relay, and then be able to branch off a grip of sirens from 87 w/out any loss of volume. Make sure to use an inline fuse on that constant. You can get a constant off of one of the empty pins on the fuse box on most Hondas. Otherwise go to the ignition harness or the under-hood fuse box.
Also I'd like to point out that there really is no benefit to having more than 2 sirens. Alarm siren in the engine bay + piezo buried in the interior =

About sirens....
I bought a viper 5000.. and it came with the six tone siren.. that has a quiet mode... for the notices for on and off...
The way that im going to wire up my sirens.. is the brown wire spliced into a relay... that is only active when the system is armed...
so when u turn on and off the system.. it won't sound the extra sriens.. only the main siren... (in theory)
---------
brown to main siren
Brown to 85
orange to 86
30 to +12v (backup battery-out)
87 to sirens...
----------
since i haven't actually wired this up yet.. I don't know if it will accomplish what i want it to... but i know that it will sound all the sirens if the alarm is triggered....
